Consulting
CRR will provide the consulting expertise to analyze the current physical and marketing position of the development. They will review existing documentation, meet with involved parties and conduct relevant market research. Based on their findings, they will make recommendations for moving forward.
Construction
CRR will analyze the current physical condition of the development. They will determine what is needed to protectthe value of the development 1) as it exists, 2)for what will be required tocomplete existing units or 3) what
design, estimating and bidding will be required toproceedwith an active marketing plan. Based on their findings, they will make recommendations and provide budgetestimates for moving forward.
Management
CRR will review the systems in place or needed to coordinate the maintenance and management of the development. The will review requirements by local governments, utilities, homeowners associations, etc., as they relate to the development. They will recommend a plan of action and provide expertise as is necessary.
Marketing
CRR will assess the previous or existing marketing effort and make recommendations for ongoing marketing based on the action plan. Market research will look at the competitive position of the development regarding product design, product offering, pricing strategy, promotional 
strategy, sales and marketing materials, display merchandising, signage, media advertising and website, etc. They will then provide a marketing plan and budget estimate necessary to move forward.
Sales Management
CRR will assess the previous or existing sales effort and make recommendations for an ongoing strategy based on the action plan. They will recruit, train and manage a sales staff basedon the requirements of thedevelopment. They will review, and if necessary, provide documents and forms necessary for contracts, color selections and closings. They will providemanagement reports and evaluations based on activity.
Brokerage
As an adjunct to the sales effort, and based on separate marketing agreement with Coldwell Banker Gundaker New Homes Division(CRRworks with, but is not affiliated with Coldwell Banker Gundaker), outstanding brokerageservices are available to promote the development through an extensive network of offices and agents. Services include, access to Multiple Listing Service,internetmarketing, print and television advertising, corporate relocation department, promotion at company rallies and special event, graphic design expertise and presentations to local offices.
