Sequence of Events


Sequences may be modified to meet the needs and timetables of individual projects.

Introductory Meeting

CRR will meet with the Financial Institution(s) and/or Developer (client) for a mutual understanding of the development status and need for services. CRR will present it’s scope of services and general pricing policies. There is no obligation on either party’s part resulting from the introductory meeting unless mutually agreed upon.

Discovery Conference

The Discovery Conference offers a more in-depth review of the development status and client’s goals. CRR will present a more specific directory and fee structure for services, discuss planning and research methods, discuss achieving an action plan.

Discuss and agree upon future responsibilities and obligations of client and CRR respectively. terms of, scope of and request for a formal proposal of an action plan. Initial retainer required to move to Proposal Presentation.

Proposal Presentation

This stage may involve several meetings.

Based on discovery meeting, CRR will present a detailedplan of action and preliminary budgets to addresstherequests of the client. The proposal will be structured to allow client to proceed with varying CRR involvement.

Discuss and agree upon CRR’s scope of services andassociated costs culminating in anagreement to proceed with the plan of action. Present and agree to fees, funding structure and legal obligations of parties for an initial six month servicesagreement.

Services Agreement Authorization

Client signs notice to proceed with a Service Agreement (minimum six months). Client funds initial stage(s) of the budget. Based on this authorization, CRR will prepare to implement the plan of action and finalize.

Implementation

CRR will begin implementing the procedures as outlined in the Services Agreement. CRR will meet with client as needed to review progress implementing the Services Agreement and prepare monthly status reports.
