Since 1979, Mike Hofmeister has provided award-winning land planning, product design, advertising, marketing and real estate services for over 200 local, regional and national clients. He has contributed to the sales and marketing achievements in residential, commercial, recreational, and multi-use communities.
Mike Hofmeister is a Builder Account Services Manager with the New Home Division of Coldwell Banker Gundaker, which has experience and expertise in marketing over $300 million in new construction sales (1,250 new homes) over the past 4 years. Mike is also the owner of MarketBuilders, a multi-disciplinary design firm specializing in ’Builder’ services. He has worked with a nationally recognized urban design and planning firm contributing to several major St. Louis and Southern Illinois projects. He also worked on the staff with a major inner-city (St. Louis) redevelopment company as a neighborhood planner as a project coordinator, construction supervisor, and marketing director.
In addition to the MCSP (Master Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation he holds the prestigious MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing) designation of the National Association of Home Builders.
