Mission Statement
The mission of CRR (Construction Receiving and Restructuring, LLC), is to assist lending institutions and developers preserve their loan collateral and/or value in residential land developments during times of distressed real estate markets.
We will do this to the best of our ability, with absolute honesty, and with the interests of others forefront in our minds.
We understand the need of the lender to liquidate the asset while preserving the asset value until liquidation.
We will, upon request, provide management, construction, marketing andsales management services in order toenhancethe value of the property.
We offer fee based consulting rather than equity share basedcompensation structure. As an impartial third party, our 
decisions and recommendationsare strictly objective.
